What we handle
- Your listing: writing, staging and photographs that make guests want to book.
- Pricing: adjusted continuously to Strasbourg's calendar, from European Parliament sessions to the Christmas market.
- Guests: screening, replies seven days a week, check-in and support during the stay.
- Cleaning and linen: hotel-standard cleaning with our partner, and an inspection between every booking.
- Upkeep: small repairs, tradespeople, supplies.
- Reporting: a detailed statement every month, with the matching payment.
Our fees
- 25% (VAT included) of the rental income received: nothing if the property is not let.
- Cleaning: €1 per m² per stay in Strasbourg, included in bookings and paid by guests.
- Linen: supplied and charged according to the number of beds.
- No set-up fee, no minimum term, one month's notice.
